This class (7 pup maximum) Focuses on teaching proper and preventing unwanted behaviors; socialization; and an introduction to basic obedience. AKC's S.T.A.R. Puppy certification test available to all breeds upon request.

Small Dog Manners

This class is directed at dogs 30 pounds and under. Class will work on basic obedience cues like sit and down stays - increasing distance, duration and distractions; come; leash walking; attention; leave it; dog/dog and dog/human greetings; plus targeting and other dog-sport friendly cues.

Building Canine Confidence

This is a class of up to 6 dogs who are fearful of unfamiliar humans in a variety of settings. Dogs should already have some basic attention skills and have completed introductory work around strangers.

Class exercises are designed to teach handlers how to best manage, followed by an emphasis on how to best reduce, their dogs’ anxieties.  Dog/handler teams will work on decreasing the distance between and increasing the interactions between the dogs and unfamiliar humans.

Home Alone

This class (8 dogs maximum) allows students to work on skills to help dogs who have issues when left alone Home alone.

Rover Meets Junior

Are you adding a baby to a busy household that already includes your beloved dog or cat? Before the happy day arrives, learn about the common and sometimes hidden traps and pitfalls encountered by expanding families.

This 4 week arrival of new baby prep class will discuss how a family and their pet can prepare for the smooth arrival of a new baby and how to identify and address issues which arise after the baby’s arrival.
